  • I needed some professional advise/ point of view, without necessarily hiring an agent, broker, realtor attorney etc. Came across William Yee's photo and info among a slew of others in the Houston area. I almost thought, forget it, I can do this another way. A few minutes later I knew I was to contact him... so I did. He could not have been any kinder with such a professional and friendly demeanor. He answered my questions. Sent me links. Offered to drive from Houston to Galveston to view my home and to post photos on a broader platform.. Then he even reviewed a contract for me. This guy went above and beyond. Even reached out to me when he hadn't heard back... wondered how I was and how things were working out. Highly recommend him and his company. Not alot of people would be as gracious and accommodating as William was with nothing attached. He has a seafood /steak dinner coming whenever I get back to Texas.
